Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the Netherlands and select European countries. For international orders outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

       Netherlands: 2–5 business days

       EU countries: 5–10 business days

       Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders — check the website for current promotions.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@nordgloria.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
