This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on nordgloria.com, operated by VOXIZO MEDIA LIMITED, Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, HK.

Right of Withdrawal (EU / Netherlands)

As a consumer in the Netherlands, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason. This right is guaranteed under the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@nordgloria.com within the 14-day period. Include your order number, name, and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions by email.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible. The following items are non-returnable:

       Personalised or custom-made items

       Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

       Digital downloads once accessed

       Perishable goods

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund if the return is not due to our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nordgloria.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
